Introduction to Volunteering Workshop This workshop is for anyone who wants to find out more about volunteering and how it can help you. It is designed to give you a greater understanding of volunteering in your local community. These workshops take place every other Tuesday from 9:45 - 12:30pm. Equality and Diversity Awareness What is Equality & Diversity? Reasons for Discrimination, Equality and the Law, Equality and Diversity Terms. Wednesday 8th February 2012, 9:45am - 1pm Introduction to Office Skills Meeting and Greeting People, Answering the Telephone, Taking Messages, Dealing with Difficult Situations - resolving conflict.
